How to Create a Farm Themed Reading Room
We enjoyed sharing many ideas on how to create a reading room with you this year, including a farm themed one. Did you create your reading room yet? If so, share the theme or some pictures with us on social media. One of the items that we’d shared from our farm themed reading room is a quilt wall hanging that includes cows on it. Find it on Etsy. Inside of Fairy Author’s Home Office
We also explored what you might find inside of a fairy author’s office. Our friend Airapippen the Author Fairy helped us out with this article. One of the items she uses is a weekly planner to help her stay organized. It has unicorns on it. The one pictured above from our original article is no longer available but we found another adorable one on Etsy that you can print from home.
Expressive Jewelry
We also enjoyed looking at some expressive jewelry and learning what it might say, with or without words on it. One of the pieces of jewelry we looked at was a sunflower bangle bracelet with the self-affirming words. “I Want To Be Like A Sunflower, So That Even On The Darkest Days, I will Stand Tall And Find The Sunshine”. Adventure Through the Pages of the Meet the Fairies Catalogue
Teelie Turner’s magical fairies put together a catalogue that allowed you to meet them all in one place. There are over one hundred fairies and a piece of each of their merchandise from their extensive collections featured. In that article, we shared Tianna the t-shirt artist’s hardcover journal. Surround Yourself with Inspiring Words
We also learned about surrounding ourselves with encouraging words. We looked at some items that can help us do that. Some of them were river rocks engraved with words on them. A large selection of words is available. A few of the words are accept, believe, strength, teamwork, and joy. Find them on Etsy.
How to Celebrate National Literacy Day
You joined us to celebrate national literacy day and learned some ways that you can enjoy your personal celebrations of this important day. We discovered a set of two squirrels holding books that would look adorable in a fairy garden. Find them on Etsy.
Sugarsnap The Valentine’s Day Card Fairy: Here to Spread Love and Sweetness this Valentine’s Day
Teelie Turner released a Valentine’s book titled Sugarnap The Valentine’s Card Fairy and we explored some of Sugarsnap’s amazing merchandise. One of the items we looked at was a graphic t-shirt dress which is available on Redbubble.
Have Fun With Board Books For Children
On many occasions we explored a variety of book suggestions including some board books for children. One of the books that we looked at was an adorable one called If Animals Kissed Good Night. It was written by Ann Whitford Paul and illustrated by David Walker. Find it on Amazon.
